Hosting and Backend Infrastructure

This type of service has the purpose of hosting Data and files that enable the Service to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of the Service. Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

Microware (Microware Hungary Kft.)

Microware is a hosting service provided by Microware Hungary Kft.
Personal Data collected: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

CloudFlare

We want our website to provide the smoothest possible experience for our users and so use Cloudflare to optimise website performance by using the servers most local to our user to load the pages and their content.  To do this we need to know where you are and so collect your computer’s IP address for geo-location.  It is in our legitimate interest to ensure our website works as well as possible for you, for which the collection and processing of your IP address is necessary. The data is buffered, accesses are logged. Hereby, the nearest data center is regularly used. CloudFlare also operates data centers outside the European Union! According to CloudFlare, the cached data are basically deleted within 4 hours, but at the latest after three days. How we protect your data

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) communication to transfer data to and from your access device. As part of the iThemes Security solution for WordPress we use Sucuri’s SiteCheck to lessen the probabily of a security breach by hackers. 

Your legal rights in relation to your data

• Request access to your personal data
This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

No Fee Usually Required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
